Every box holds six cookies, rested overnight and baked to order — crisp at the edge, underbaked in the middle on purpose. We use brown butter, Valrhona chocolate, and Emirati dates where they belong. No preservatives, no shortcuts, and never more than one day's batch on the shelf.
